All items sold at mks-graphics.com are digital downloads and therefore not eligible for refunds. 

We are always willing to help with any problems you encounter with the templates, and will offer support to fix issues. Just email us at info@mks-graphics.nl

Refunds
In the case where you are eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mks-graphics.nl.
