Over the years, we’ve grown a lot, and we have a huge amount of customers that are active in the world of motorcycle graphics. A lot of these customers come to us to purchase templates, but that’s usually not all that they require. A lot of these customers also have the need for a professional, reliable printing partner, preferably someone in their own country.

Since we, as MKS-Graphics, can provide exposure for your business to these customers, we’ve started our MKS-Graphics Printing-partner program.

What is the Printing-Partner program?

It is a way for you, as a business that chooses to print motorcycle graphics for others, to gain more customers by having your print-service be featured on our website. You will have your company information and the service that you provide be featured on our website with a dedicated ‘contact’ button. Potential customers can look up which printing partner they want to work with and directly contact you.

As our customers are from all over the world, you, as our printing-partner, will be categorized per location. 

What are the costs of becoming a Printing-Partner?

To have your company featured on our website, email and Discord, we ask a monthly fee. You have the option to opt in for 3, 6 or 12 months with 12 months providing a significant discount.

What is included?

Besides being featured on our website, we will also feature our Printing-Partners in every e-mail that we send out to over 4000 potential customers, all of which are customers that have previously purchased a product on our website. We’ve also got over 4000 unique website sessions each month and are still growing.

We send out an email every time we’ve created a new template. The frequency can vary.

You will also be added as a printing partner in our ‘outsourcing’ Discord channel which currently sits at nearly 500 users, mostly consisting of people who are affiliated with motorcycle graphics. If you already are in that list; not to worry; you won’t be removed if you don’t choose to join our program and you can have your business stay up there for as long as you want. If you do choose to join our Printing-Partner program, we will occasionally highlight your business in our Discord ‘announcements’ channel by ‘pinging’ all of our users, alerting them to the announcement.  

Our brand, MKS-Graphics, will provide credibility to any potential customers searching for a printing partner. This also means that we will do everything in our power to make sure that our customers can rely on you as a printing partner, and we will take action by removing any printing partners that we deem are not adhering to the quality standards that our customers expect. This way our customers are ensured that you, as a partner of ours, can be trusted. 

Can I get extra exposure?

Yes. For an additional fee, we can feature your business on our website’s homepage and banner. It is also possible to have us email our customers featuring your printing service and relevant information that you choose to provide. 

What is expected of me?

To become a printing-partner, we will need information that is relevant to any future customers. This means that we require information like;

  • The available vinyls and laminates that you as a business offer
  • Your turnaround times
  • Other services that you provide (seatcovers, jersey’s, etc)
  • Your company location
  • prices for your services (these can be on request!)
  • The printer you use to print the graphics and available colors (cartridges)

The more information that you can provide us with, the better your chances of getting customers are. We will provide you with a document in which you can provide us with all the required information. You can download the form at the bottom of this page.

To make sure that customers are happy with your service, we recommend that you prioritise communication. Things go wrong and mistakes happen. To prevent complaints, make sure that you frequently update your customers on the status of their order. Other than that, make sure that you deliver what you promise, adhere to your turn-around times and communicate your pricing structure clearly with your customers. 

A customer looking for a printing service also has a business to run, and they depend on you and your promise to get them their product. Poor communication does not only hurt the relationship between you and your customer, but also between the customers of your customer which in turn hurts their business.

We reserve the right to terminate your partnership with us if we receive any complaints that we deem are hurting our customers and our company. We also reserve to terminate your partnership with no reason given after the x amount of months you’ve opted in for. 

Reasons for removal include, but are not limited to; failing to adhere to mentioned turnaround times, poor printing quality, providing prints with different materials than the customer asked for, not-mentioned or unexpected, not-clearly communicated prices. We will monitor complaints from our customers and we will follow up on these complaints by contacting you as our printing-partner. We will assess if the complaints are valid and or/if you will be removed from our printing-program.
